Job Title: Education Sales Executive

Location: NDMIT, Lucknow

Department: Sales & Admissions

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Education Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments through lead generation, counselling, and effective follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a customer-centric approach to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
  • Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure closures.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate data and records of inquiries and admissions.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in education sales or counselling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹30,000.00 per month
