Job Title: Education Sales Executive
Location: NDMIT, Lucknow
Department: Sales & Admissions
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Head
Job Summary:
The Education Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments through lead generation, counselling, and effective follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a customer-centric approach to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure closures.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate data and records of inquiries and admissions.
- Provide feedback and market insights to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in education sales or counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21, ₹30,000.00 per month
