Strategic Partnership Growth SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with colleges and universities across the globe.Your Key Responsibilities:Identify potential college partners and initiate conversations with decision-makers to explore partnership opportunities.Develop and execute outreach campaigns to promote our training programs and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional leaders, including TPOs, deans, HoDs, and management.Collaborate with the program team to tailor proposals that meet the needs of our institutional partners.Demonstrate expertise in EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and institutional needs to inform partnership strategies.Pursue and close partnership deals, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new partners.Stay up-to-date on industry developments and adapt partnership strategies accordingly.RequirementsProven experience in B2B institutional partnerships with a strong network in the education sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.Familiarity with the education ecosystem is an advantage.Ability to travel if required.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
