Business Development Manager Job OpportunityJob Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive growth and revenue.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to identify and pursue new opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business volume and expand market share.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to inform business decisions.Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.Maintain open communication with leadership and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.Bolster long-term partnerships that enhance our reputation and brand.Required Qualifications:8 - 10+ years of business development experience in US staffing.Demonstrated track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.Established industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
