Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced & results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through various marketing channels, a deep understanding of analytics, and a creative approach to problem-solving. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze growth marketing campaigns across digital platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • A/B test creative and copy to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives, leveraging Hubspot CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of growth strategies.


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of digital marketing/ growth/ demand gen experience in an Enterprise B2B SaaS company
  • Creativity with expert proficiency in copywriting.
  • Experience in growth hacking
  • Hands on experience with email marketing, website management, LinkedIn, SEO and Hubspot
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Business development experience in B2B SaaS enterprise solutions is a Must.


Schedule:

  • Fixed shift (Mon to Fri)
  • Job Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
  • Job Type: Full-time (Morning shift)


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
