Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth marketing efforts and help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about learning and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in a dynamic environment. You will assist the team in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing efforts across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tools to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM and content marketing
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools like Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Help with A/B testing creative, copy, and landing pages to optimize for conversion rates using AI tools
  • Contribute to content creation, including blogs, emails, and social media posts, to engage target audiences.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing operations, including managing calendars, campaign deadlines, and budget tracking.


Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing, email marketing, or digital ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Good communication and copywriting skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Job Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
