Job Summary:As theClient Success & Project Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of complex software projects. You will act as the vital bridge between the client's vision and our internal technical teams, ensuring successful, on-time delivery while strategically identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Requirement Gathering:Engage with clients post-project sign-off to deeply understand their business goals. Translate these goals into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical user stories.- Project Lifecycle Management:Take full ownership of the project plan. Define scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with design and development teams to ensure milestones are met.- Technical Liaison:Effectively communicate client needs to the development team and translate technical concepts back to non-technical clients, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.- Client Communication:Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide proactive, regular updates, facilitate feedback sessions, and manage all project-related communication.- Quality Assurance & Go-Live:Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with the QA team to ensure the final product is bug-free, meets all requirements, and goes live smoothly.- Post-Launch Success & Upselling:Maintain strong post-launch relationships to ensure client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for new features, support packages, or additional projects.Qualifications & Skills:Experience:1-3 years of proven experience in a role such as Project Management and Client Success, specifically within a software development or tech company.- Technical Acumen:Strong ability to work effectively with design (UI/UX) and development (front-end, back-end) teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is mandatory.- Software Project Expertise:Demonstrable experience managing the full lifecycle of software or web application projects (SDLC), from initial discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.- Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and manage client expectations effectively.- Documentation:Proficiency in creating clear, structured documentation, including BRDs, project plans, and status reports.- Proactive Mindset:A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities that provide additional value to the client.- Tools:Experience with project management software like Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a strong plus.What We Offer:A competitive salary.A fully remote, work-from-home position.Flexible working hours.The opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise solutions.A vibrant, innovative, and collaborative work culture.Opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth, and career development.
