This is a full-time, junior-level position challenging you to support and manage various events. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in event management and a strong passion for organizing memorable events.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in event planning, including coordination and execution of events (Mandatory skill).Excellent communication skills, able to interact with diverse teams and individuals effectively (Mandatory skill).Strong vendor management skills ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations (Mandatory skill).Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding attentively to client needs.Experience with social media marketing, particularly in promoting events and increasing audience engagement.Strong onsite event support skills, troubleshooting any potential issues during events to ensure smooth operations.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing positively to group tasks and dynamics.Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute events, ensuring all aspects are planned and delivered effectively.Work closely with vendors and contractors to secure necessary services for each event within the budget.Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure clarity around event details and expectations.Manage event logistics, including registration, catering, transportation, and onsite management.Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to enhance future events and address any shortfalls.Ensure all events comply with necessary regulations and company standards.Assist in the marketing and promotion of events through social media channels and other marketing efforts.Provide onsite supervision during events, ensuring seamless execution and swift resolution of any issues.
