We are hiring for Event Coordinator for our Client.

Job Title: Event Coordinator (with Journalism Background)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1+ Years

Industry : Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, promotional, and marketing events.
  • Draft press releases, event write-ups, and media content (journalism/PR background preferred)
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, ads) to promote events.
  • Create engaging event collaterals, posters, and digital creatives (graphic design skills required).
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Track event performance and share post-event reports.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).
  • Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and time management skills.

Education:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
