2. Venue Selection: Researching and selecting suitable venues based on the event requirements, capacity, location, and budget. Negotiating contracts and managing venue logistics.

3. Supplier Management: Identifying and coordinating with suppliers, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, printers, and transportation services. Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

4. Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality. Regularly reviewing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary.

6. Event Coordination: Overseeing all logístical aspects of the event, including registration, setup and teardown, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and guest management. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.

7. On-Site Management: Being present on-site during events to supervise and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Managing staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution. Addressing attendee inquiries or concerns.

8. Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning: Identifying potential risks or challenges associated with the event and developing contingency plans. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
