One of a Kind Photography (OOAK) is a Chennai-based premium wedding photography brand with a presence in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore. We specialize in capturing timeless stories through weddings, maternity shoots, baby portraits, and corporate events — blending creativity, emotion, and storytelling to craft memories that last a lifetime.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Event Coordinator who can ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, a planner by nature, and someone who truly understands the importance of creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients, teams, and vendors for seamless event flow

  • Manage timelines, logistics, and on-ground operations
  • Maintain clear communication across all stages of the event
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute every detail with precision

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Telugu (fluent) and English
  • Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer/system knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Passion for customer experience and attention to detail

Eligibility

  • Open to both male and female candidates
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, client management, or a related field
