Job DescriptionThe Senior Benchmark Analyst/Benchmark Analyst will play a key role in client engagements, communicating professionally with team members and providers. Key responsibilities will involve managing benchmarking engagements and projects using project management skills, project planning, and mapping, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of all engagements.Position Responsibilities:Understanding various Price Models within the ProBenchmark Tool relating to Telecommunications transport ('underlay') and IT Infrastructure business.Reviewing and analysing transport ('underlay') contracts/RFPs/RFIs, Rate Cards, benchmarks, and related Excel files.Candidates should have experience with Access, Dedicated Internet, Broadband, and MPLS/VPN services.Experience with other services including Unified Communications, Mobile Services, and Long-Distance voice services is highly desirable.Experience or knowledgeable of non-linear pricing models such as piecewise linear or power-law models is desirable.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:At least 3-5 years of experience with a carrier, MNC company, major outsourcing service provider or consulting firm, including complete knowledge of the outsourcing life cycle and financial comparison techniques related to outsourcing.Experience data mining and building data models.Exposure to Pricing in the transport ('underlay') and IT Infrastructure domain, including review of RFP/RFI responses & Contracts. Knowledge of Pricing & Benchmarking and Contract Management for IT Infrastructure business is desirable.Expert level of skill in Microsoft Excel. (VBA/Macro skills will be an added advantage).Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions.Strong organization and project-management skills, including the ability to meet demanding, evolving, and often competing deadlines.About UsWe are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
