South Asia Regional Head Job OpportunityThe South Asia Regional Head is a critical role that entails spearheading the development of the grain processing business in biofuel ethanol across South Asia. This position necessitates aligning with organizational goals and targets, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, developing a go-to-market strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business results.This includes overseeing sales managers and technical service managers, fostering a high-performance work culture, and ensuring succession planning and leadership development.This involves managing a team to oversee sales managers and technical service managers, creating an environment that encourages employees to excel, and implementing strategies to ensure smooth succession planning and leadership development.The ideal candidate should possess at least a BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or relevant fields with 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.Furthermore, the candidate should have senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Skills:The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional skills in:Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive plans to drive business growth.Leadership: Fostering a high-performance work culture and leading cross-functional teams.Communication: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including sales managers and technical service managers.Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.Education and Experience:Candidates must have:A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or relevant fields.At least 5 years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
