Manager – B2B & B2C Sales & Operations

Company: Thara Freight and Logistics (Franchisee Partner of Delhivery)

Thara Freight and Logistics is a franchisee partner of Delhivery, providing B2B and B2C courier, cargo and logistics services across India. We are looking for a Manager who can drive strong sales growth while leading our operations and service quality.​

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and volume targets by acquiring new B2B and B2C clients (distributors, manufacturers, e‑commerce sellers, retail customers).​
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls and local market networking; convert inquiries to regular shippers with profitable commercials.​
  • Grow business from existing customers through upselling, better service and relationship management.​
  • Lead and supervise B2B and B2C operations teams (pickup, delivery, customer service, back office) to ensure on‑time delivery, low damage and high scan compliance.​
  • Monitor key KPIs such as delivery %, TAT, RTO %, customer complaints and ratings; take action plans to continuously improve service levels.​
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution, maintaining strong local brand reputation.​
  • Coordinate with Delhivery network teams (hub, line‑haul, sales, billing) for smooth movement of shipments and correct billing/collections.​
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS on sales pipeline, client visits, shipment volumes and service performance for management review.​

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in courier/express/logistics in a sales or managerial role, preferably with Delhivery, XpressBees, Safexpress, DTDC, Blue Dart or similar companies.​
  • Strong track record of new client acquisition and achieving sales targets in B2B/B2C logistics.​
  • Team-handling experience: managing delivery staff, pickup executives and office staff.​
  • Good understanding of basic logistics concepts (PIN‑code mapping, volumetric weight, rate cards, COD/prepaid, B2B vs B2C flows).​
  • Comfortable with field work, client visits and MS Excel/WhatsApp/Email for reporting and communication.​
  • Graduate preferred; strong communication in English and local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
