Job Title: Account Executive (AE) Location: QpiAI [Jakkur , Bengaluru ] About Us: At QPiAI (qpiai.tech), we are driving innovation in AI and Quantum Computing solutions, helping organizations leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize operations, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex challenges. We are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team and convert qualified leads into long-term customers. About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from qualified lead (MQL & SQL) to closed-won deals. You will work closely with SDRs and marketing teams to ensure the smooth progression of leads and maximize revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage and drive the entire sales process from MQL & SQL to close-won. ● Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target accounts. ● Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a high-quality pipeline of SQLs. ● Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. ● Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas (MRR/ARR). ● Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to optimize win rates by segment/industry. ● Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in the CRM system. Core KPIs: ● SQL → Closed-Won Conversion Rate: % of SQLs converted to paying customers. ● Average Deal Size (ACV): Value per closed deal. ● Sales Cycle Length: Time taken from SQL to close-won. ● Revenue vs. Quota Attainment: Achievement of monthly/quarterly MRR or ARR targets. ● Win Rate by Segment/Industry: Quality of SQL targeting and conversion. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology products. ● Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management. ● CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
