Role Overview

As Cabin Crew, you will be the face of the airline, ensuring the safety, comfort, and service excellence of passengers throughout their journey. This role requires a blend of safety expertise, hospitality, cultural sensitivity, and customer service excellence to deliver a memorable onboard experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Security

  • Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.
  • Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance with regulations.
  • Manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Administer first aid when required.

Customer Service

  • Greet passengers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage, and special requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality inflight service, including meals, beverages, and duty-free sales.
  • Resolve passenger concerns tactfully, maintaining empathy and discretion.

Onboard Experience

  • Uphold the airline's brand standards in service delivery and personal presentation.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Support inflight announcements and communication as per guidelines.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with fellow crew and flight deck to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate actively in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefs.
  • Maintain strong professional conduct and teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary.
  • Age: 18 – 27 years (varies as per airline policy).
  • Height & BMI: As per airline standards; weight in proportion to height.
  • Fluency: Proficiency in English (written & spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Appearance: Well-groomed with no visible tattoos/piercings (as per uniform guidelines).
  • Medical Fitness: Should meet regulatory medical standards for cabin crew.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with maturity.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
