Job Title: Business Travel Coordinator

As a key member of our travel team, you will be responsible for coordinating business travel arrangements for our management team.

  • Book and manage flight, hotel, and rental car reservations in accordance with company policy.
  • Arrange for transportation and accommodation for managers attending meetings and conferences.
  • Process travel requests and ensure timely approval.
  • Communicate effectively with travelers to gather information and provide updates on their itineraries.

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate potential issues.
