A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought after to fill the role of Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a company, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the founder's calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless time allocation for key commitments
  • Arrange and coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled
  • Attend meetings to capture critical points, action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
  • Plan and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations etc.
  • Prepare detailed and necessary documentation to support smooth execution
  • Handle the Founder's email correspondence - triage, prioritize and draft responses
  • Send timely reminders and follow-ups, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure project alignment
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information and communications

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability to changing priorities is also essential. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, as well as 0-2 years of relevant experience.
