Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth time allocation for key commitments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling logistics and arrangements.
  • Attend meetings to capture critical points, action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and necessary documentation.
  • Handle email correspondence, triage, prioritize, and draft responses.
  • Send timely reminders and follow-ups, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and ensure project alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferable).
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
