About the Role

The ‘Pre-sales Executive’ will be a vital part of the Pre-Sales function at iion, responsible for lead generation and management. This role will also support the Publisher Success team in partner management and involve ad-hoc tasks as needed.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pre-sales team with lead generation activities.
  • Collate and manage a database of publishers, advertisers, and relevant contacts.
  • Plan and conduct outreach for trade events.
  • Ensure all data in the CRM is up to date.
  • Evaluate all inbound leads for approval.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks involving product, talent, and other teams.


Role Requirements:

  • Basic familiarity with SaaS and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Pre-sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar.
  • Experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Degree qualified.
