**Job Title: Presales/Inside Sales Executive.**
**Job Location: Kolkata**
**Required Expertise**:
**Responsibilities**
Work independently on pre-sales activities which include:
- Understand business implications at a high level.
- Analyse and Qualify RFXs
- (RFP, RFQ and RFI) Requests.
- Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ, RFI responses.
- Provide thought leadership for account teams for initiating and constructing proactive propositions.
- Understand the scope of work stated in these RFXs, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution.
- Participate in conference calls with customers along with sales and solution teams to understand the requirements.
- Lead customer research, understand the customer challenges potential positioning.
**Qualification & Experience**
- MBA/ PGDM in IT/Systems.
- Relevant exposure/ experience would be considered.
- **Min 2-6 years of experience needed in related field.**
**Skill Sets required**
- Experience of having worked in IT Technology firms will be preferred
- Knowledge of the basic SDLC lifecycle, project management methodologies, IT operating models
- Knowledge of industry value chains and use cases across areas like Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer centricity, Cloud, mobility, UI/UX
- Prior exposure to presales, business development, sales, marketing, product management is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
