Digital Pre Sales Executive

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using cold calling techniques.
2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali languages to effectively communicate with customers.
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
5. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
8. Continuously improve communication and persuasion skills to enhance customer engagement.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
