Prepare periodic sales plan (monthly, quarterly and annually) for the zone and accordingly set volume and value targets
• Monitor variation between actual and planned product mix
• Achieve volume, value and profitability targets from all accounts being managed in the Zone
• Coordinate with internal departments to service customers as per their expectations
• Seek customer feedback and facilitate redressal of any complaints/ issues
• Ensure complete documentation for new customer creation as per KYC
•Conduct customer technical meets
•Organize appropriate marketing activities to help gain visibility and relationship among key accounts and influencers
•Achieve volume, value and profitability targets from all accounts being managed in the Zone
•Manage very high value builder accounts and key influencer accounts associated with them
•Identify key people within builder accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationship with them
•Identify key external influencers accounts which are associated with key builder accounts (Architects, Facade Consultants, and Fabricators etc.)
•Monitor the progress of zone as per the targets set and take corrective measures where required
•Conduct sales pitches or presentations to key builder and influencer accounts
•Guide the managers in the region and help them achieve targets by developing necessary capabilities and skills
•Benchmark performance of peers in the region with own team’s performance and suggest trainings to bring improvement in team's capability
