As a Zonal Business Manager, you will blend strategy with hands-on leadership to make BIBA stores the go-to destination for ethnic fashion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about retail, and have a knack for inspiring teams, this is the perfect role for you

What You will Own and Deliver

1. Operational Excellence
Master Inventory Management : Optimize order management, stock movement, shrinkage control, and returns to ensure seamless store operations.
Sales Growth : Analyze stock and sales reports to address under/over stocks and capitalize on trends, new ranges, and seasonal lines.
Strategic Expansion : Identify new store locations and craft strategies for territory growth while keeping an eye on market trends and consumer behavior.
Visual Merchandising & SOP Adherence : Ensure every store reflects the BIBA brand, from VM implementation to operational SOPs.

2. People Leadership
Develop Talent : Hire, train, and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results.
Onboarding Excellence : Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
Team Growth : Guide Area Managers and Store Managers with performance management, training, and career development interventions.
Engage & Inspire : Maintain regular connections with staff, ensuring welfare activities and timely grievance resolutions.

3. Financial Acumen
Budget Savvy : Maintain cost control within approved budgets (AOP) while driving profitability.
Lease Negotiations : Collaborate with store owners to secure favorable rent changes and agreements.
