The Sales Manager TPP will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for third-party products (TPP), building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and converting potential leads, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, provide training and support to the sales staff, and ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience in sales, business development, and relationship managementAbility to develop and execute effective sales strategiesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of banking and financial products, particularly third-party productsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the banking sector is a plus
