**Designation: Personal Banker**
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis flag them on the system
- Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
- Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know the customer’s business to proactively provide financial solutions
- Sales across all product segments
- TPP, Assets, FD’s, TD’s etc
- Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc
- Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships
- Activation of customers in digital channel
- Generation of referrals from internal database
- Report Generation & filing
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
- Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Banking: 3 years (preferred)
