Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and goal-oriented Personal Banker to join our branch team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing financial guidance, handling daily banking needs, and offering tailored solutions to help customers manage their money and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable financial products.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.

Sales & Cross-Selling

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and investment plans.
  • Actively participate in sales campaigns and meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Promote digital banking services and encourage clients to use online platforms and mobile apps.

Banking Operations

  • Assist customers with opening and closing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and updating account information.
  • Perform routine banking transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Support branch operations, including end-of-day cash reconciliation, KYC documentation, and transaction reporting.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all activities comply with internal banking policies, KYC/AML regulations, and financial guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the branch team to deliver seamless service and achieve overall branch performance goals.
  • Refer high-value clients or specialized service needs to relationship managers or financial advisors as required.
