**Designation**: Personal Banker (AM/DM)
**Travel Requirement**: Extensive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Acquire new high-value customers & manage existing relationships
Cross-sell banking products (CASA, FD, TD, TPP, Assets, Insurance)
Ensure seamless customer service & digital activation
Handle account opening, forex, lockers, and branch operations
Maintain compliance with KYC, AML & audit regulations
Generate business through customer engagement & referrals

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
CASA NTB & incremental CASA AMB growth
Retail TD & TPP income targets
Premium debit card activations & locker sales
Digital channel activation & referral business

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Education**: Graduate (Banking experience required)
**Experience**: 3+ years in sales or customer service in banking
**Skills**: Strong relationship management, sales expertise, banking regulations knowledge, MS Office proficiency
