Job Description
Technical Skills:-
- Understand the client’s business requirements and processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors
- Configure and customize the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors according to the client’s needs and best practices
- Integrate the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, and Learning
- Integrate the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors with external systems, such as SAP ERP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party vendors
- Perform testing and quality assurance of the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors, and resolve any issues or defects
- Provide training and documentation to the client’s users and stakeholders on the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors
- Support the client’s post-go-live activities and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors
