Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries through a ticketing system, provide timely and accurate responses, and resolve issues in a professional manner.Responsibilities will include reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications to process customer orders and submittals.The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in order details.The ideal candidate will also prepare reports, documentation, and customer updates, as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.A strong understanding of technical products and processes is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.Requirements3-5 years of experience in customer support or technical roles.Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM platforms is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents.Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a strong problem-solving approach.Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.Preferred BackgroundExperience working with customers in manufacturing, engineering, or product design.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and helping others.
