Senior Technical Support SpecialistWe offer flexibility in where you work, allowing our team members to have more control over their personal priorities and family goals.In this role, you will drive agreement and improvement across product and operations teams. You will focus on providing advanced support and product expertise to our largest customers and be a lead level III support engineer working on important customer accounts.You will participate in customer-facing calls communicating progress updates, action plans, and resolution details. Your responsibilities will also include:Performing root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple products.Communicating with customers at an executive level on technical details, progress, and next steps.Solving complex tickets and summarizing causes, recommending solutions, and escalating when necessary.Being the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs.To be successful in this role, you'll need:8+ years of experience in software services, system administration, and technical support for a large end-user community.Experience with operating systems (e.g. Linux, OS X, and Windows).Experience being Subject Matter Expert in multiple products.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal experts and customers.The ability to solve complex problems and provide coaching to others.Benefits and PerksWe offer a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support your well-being and engagement with your local community.
