Job Title: Technical Support Specialist About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective technical support to usersMonitor and supervise monitoring toolsDiagnose and resolve incidents, requests or inquiriesEvaluate and escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels following escalation protocolsLog all incidents, service requests, and actions in the ITSM systemTrack and follow up on open tickets until resolution and closureMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errorsContribute to the knowledge base and standard operating proceduresIdentify recurring issues and propose preventive solutionsEnsure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and high-quality service deliveryRequirementsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksTeamwork and collaboration with other support levelsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyWillingness to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and service managementVocational Training or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldTicketing tool - Jira Service desk knowledge will be a plusExpertise 2-3 yearsWhat We OfferCompetitive payComprehensive employee benefits, including health insurance, fitness allowances, work-from-home allowances, paid maternity and parental leave, and generous PTOA culture of inclusion and fairness where diverse interests, experiences, and backgrounds are celebratedOngoing training and development opportunities
