The role involves driving stall bookings, exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship sales, and client relationship management for our trade fairs and events.The Sales Manager / BDA will be responsible for:Identifying and connecting with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate clientsGenerating new business through client meetings, networking, and cold callingBuilding long-term relationships with industry stakeholdersAchieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for stall bookings and sponsorshipsRepresenting the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetingsMaintaining CRM records and preparing sales reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, advertising, or corporate business developmentStrong negotiation, closing, and client acquisition skillsExcellent communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsGood organizational and time management skillsWillingness to travel for client meetings and events
