We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team for the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads through various channelsDevelop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns for different geographiesConduct lead qualification calls to assess the needs and interests of potential clients.Ability to generate qualified leads and opportunities while pitching for Finance and Accounting services and solutionsAchieve the monthly targets of completed meetings, sales qualified leadsMaintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and campaign performance in CRM systems.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.Analyze data and develop strategies to improve lead generation efforts.Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to FAO offeringsConverting inbound enquiries into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)Supporting early-stage opportunity shaping in collaboration with salesQualifications7+ years strong lead generation/business development backgroundSelling to F&A services to Domestic/International customers will be an added advantageProven track record of successful lead generation and sales experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using lead generation tools and softwareExperience with CRM systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approachFlexible to work in shifts to focus on USWork Location: ChennaiWork Type: Work from OfficeShift: US/Night ShiftInterested candidates can share your resume at sampathkumar.radhakrishnan@exelaonline.com
