Business Development Manager – Oxyzem Creative Agency

Oxyzem Creative Agency is on the lookout for a well-experienced Business Development Manager who can drive growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building connections, and has a proven track record of closing deals, this role is for you.


What you’ll do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and report progress with actionable insights.


You should have:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or creative industry experience is a big plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or web solutions is a strong advantage.
