You will actively listen to customers' needs, offer appropriate solutions, and provide exceptional service at all times.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responsesResolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient mannerEnsure customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing their needs and concernsMaintain customer records and update the relevant information in the CRM systemCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problemsFollow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolvedUpsell products or services to customers when appropriateProvide feedback to management regarding customer trends and concernsMaintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactionsYou should be Open to work full time from NoidaCustomer CentricGaduate in any streamPreferably from Hospitality or Call Centre Background
