We redefine wellbeing through technology-backed assessments, outcome-focused treatment plans, and long-term strength programs.Join us to revolutionize healthcare marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsEligible only for a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Not Preferred QualificationsApplications from MBA/master's degree candidates will not be considered.Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 1.Office Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)Mode: Hybrid (WFH on Saturdays)Stipend: ₹20,000/- per month.Duration: 6-month internship with the possibility of full-time conversion (PPO) after the completion of the internship, based on performance.How to apply -Please fill out this form to proceed furtherLink - https://forms.gle/rHgfQU5dgEHkQkKL8QualificationsExperience in hiring and knowledge about the current hiring trends.Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.Experience/knowledge in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume environments.At least one internship experience is a must (in-office internship, preferably in startups).Experience/knowledge of working with HRIS systems is a plus.Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates.RequirementsStrong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data.Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts.Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Ability to multitask across hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.Work Environment• Freedom to innovate – Your ideas drive growth, and experimentation is encouraged.• Fast-paced startup culture with opportunities for rapid skill development and career growth.• Collaborative workspace where creativity and data-driven decisions go hand-in-hand.Why Join Stance Health?Work in an early-stage startup with a lot of freedom.Contribute actively in building a top-quality tech product that will have a real impact on consumers.A flat and transparent culture.Get the opportunity to exponentially learn and grow.
