administrative, HR, and sales–marketing teams

Open Positions1. Administration Executive

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, logistics, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain asset records, travel management, and compliance support.

  • Uphold operational discipline, confidentiality, and timely execution.

  • Human Resource Executive / HR Officer

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Maintain attendance, performance, and compliance systems.
  • Drive organizational discipline, structure, and performance tracking.

  • Support leadership in building a focused, accountable work culture.

  • Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

  • Develop and manage client relationships within the media and creative sectors.

  • Support business outreach, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate digital marketing, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Contribute to Frameon's positioning in the post-production and media ecosystem.
