Role: HR Executive Location: Borivali West, Mumbai Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain employee attendance, records, and documentation. Draft HR policies, letters, and internal communications. Coordinate employee engagement activities and daily operations. Support administrative and compliance processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably BMS or similar specialization in HR). 1–3 years of experience in HR or operations (coworking or service industry preferred). Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Candidates residing in or near Western Mumbai suburbs (e.G., Virar to Andheri) are preferred for convenience. What You’ll Get: A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
