Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our human resources and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, office operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.This role demands a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop KRAs for HR and Admin staff, conduct induction programs, handle employee relations, and maintain confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administrationDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsProvide strategic support to senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planningCollaborate with external partners to drive employer branding and employee engagement activitiesAdministrative Oversight:Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations, including inventory, supplies, and vendor managementSupervise front desk and support staff across multiple locationsManage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal event coordinationRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldMinimum 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a legal or professional services firmStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and data management systems
