Main Responsibilities: • To execute sales strategies as defined by the Regional Marketing Managers/Director – Hospital Supply Chain.• To develop key opinion leaders for advocacy & recommendation of BD products.• To ensure regular customer visits as per norms / requirements.• To attend surgeries / procedures as per requirement.• To identify tender/rate contract opportunities and follow up for the same.• To prepare Action Plans for each hospital based on feedback from customers and market intelligence.• To coordinate with distributors/sales representatives of other companies to implement fair practices.• To conduct meetings/ presentations to customers and HODs.• To obtain feedback from customers on competitor's product.• To provide feedback to marketing on new product ideas/modifications/changes in existing products.• To ensure timely submission of reports/claim forms to sales office and prompt follow up on the same.Job Qualifications:Experience - 2-3 years of experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare.
