We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive who can own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
At Tars, we do product-driven selling. Our product is technical and evolving fast, so you’ll need to develop deep product knowledge and be genuinely excited about learning how it works. If you’re naturally curious, motivated, and love digging into technical products to understand (and explain) how they solve real customer problems — this role is for you.
You’ll be selling to Customer Support Leaders and Marketing Leaders in B2C companies across the US and GCC regions. You’ll have a defined quota and the opportunity to work with a category-defining product in the AI + customer support space.
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Sell to mid-market and enterprise customers (mainly support & marketing leaders).
- Develop a deep understanding of the Tars product and use that knowledge to drive consultative, product-led conversations.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Track, manage, and forecast opportunities accurately in CRM.
- Stay updated on AI, SaaS, and customer support industry trends to speak confidently with prospects.
- 🎯 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS or tech sales).
- 🛠️ Strong interest in technical products and the curiosity to learn them inside out.
- 💡 A consultative selling approach — you enjoy uncovering customer pain points and showing how the product solves them.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 📈 Proven ability to manage a pipeline, hit quotas, and close deals.
- 🌍 Experience working with international markets (especially US or GCC) is a plus.
