Purpose of Function:The Key Account Manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.Increase market penetration in your Defined Geographic Area, manage sales & marketing activities and develop new accounts.Tasks and Responsibilities•Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients/customers defined by the Drager rules in Corporate and Key Account Hospital.•Follow standard sales process, CRM, precise sales forecasting, responsibility for sales budget (Net revenue & margin), negotiate & close the deals.•Customer relationship management.•Acting as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.•Drive customer requirement.•Focus on sales of Drager portfolio (Drager products).•Position Drager as Solution provider and manage large business accounts.•Develop the ideal device solution portfolio for customer needs.•Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, service and logistics departments to ensure that key customers' needs are met.•Participates on road shows and exhibitions, monitors market, competitor and customer development - informs zonal managers/ modality managers about market trends.•Continually updates CRM, market product analysis with product specialist.
