P. & Telangana. ABM position at Lucknow & Hyderabad is open for recruitment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Indore, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Varanasi, Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, creating effective business plans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs while achieving company objectives. Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships are key focuses of this role. Since UP & Telangana Launch is scheduled in Dec-Jan all the eligible professionals are invited to be a part of this launch journey. Qualifications - Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts management to build and maintain valuable client relationships - Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Experience in Business Planning to develop strategies aligned with company goals - Customer Service expertise to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Familiarity with CRM software and other tools for managing accounts is a plus
