Senior Talent Acquisition LeadA seasoned Senior Manager is sought after to spearhead our global talent acquisition efforts, driving excellence in delivery for our clients.Lead and manage high-performing AgileRPO teams, ensuring consistent output, productivity, and SLA adherence across multiple clients, time zones, and functions.Drive daily recruitment operations with precision, ensuring timely execution of global hiring needs across tech and non-tech roles, including senior and niche talent segments.Provide strategic guidance and support to Talent Partners, empowering them to succeed in fast-paced, high-volume mandates with confidence and expertise.Oversee and optimize AgileRPO performance: capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, client stakeholder management, and escalations.Collaborate closely with clients as a trusted advisor, guiding them on hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent market insights, and process improvements to achieve their business objectives.Implement scalable recruitment processes, talent analytics, and quality frameworks to elevate overall delivery and contribute to the growth and success of the team.RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with:10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years managing recruiters in an RPO or agency-managed service model.Proven track record of leading remote teams and operating in a digitally distributed environment, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Strong understanding of recruiting sprints, agile workflows, and productivity tracking, with a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making.Demonstrated success in hiring for technology and GTM roles; exposure to non-tech hiring is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing, advising, and driving outcomes with senior client leaders.Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment with shifting priorities and global demands, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
