About the position:
We seek an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-IT)
who will take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process. He or she will focus on effectively sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talented individuals who align with the Brand's objectives.
This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales.

- .Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently

- .Proven ability to negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates
- .Ability and willingness to travel 4 - 7 days a month for recruitment-related activities
