Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes collaborating with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection processes
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including online platforms and networks
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies
  • Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics and use data to refine recruiting processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Background in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a financial services or rural-focused organization is a plus
