We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for our Delhi NCR, Surat & Andhra Pradesh locations.Candidates with extensive hands-on experience of 10-15 years handling a wide range of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc. will be ideal for this role.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new hires, manage their performance, provide feedback, handle payroll and benefits.Oversee the entire spectrum of HR Functions including Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective regions.Manage the HR operations of approximately 12 – 15 stores, including Circle Office.Develop and implement effective training and development programs, as well as employee engagement initiatives across stores.Ensure timely execution of various HR policies and programs.Have in-depth knowledge of HR policies and stay up-to-date on all statutory laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and timely HR records and reports.Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) from the regional team to coordinate with Store & Head Office.Lead a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.QualificationsPostgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.Key Skills:Excellent communication skills.Strong leadership skills.Analytical skills.Negotiation skills.Coordination skills.Quick decision-making.Self-motivated.The ideal candidate would be someone who has:In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance.Experience handling complex HR situations.A willingness to travel.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.Join Our TeamTo apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
