Job Description:
Executive Assistant:
To prepare minutes for all critical meetings and follow up on action points thereto.
Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned people.
Collect all relevant data from all the concerned parties before the meeting & prepare power-point presentations / excel data for internal and external meetings.
To ensure all the data are received from respective parties (HODs, consultants, associates) before the meeting.
Be the face of the office of the Director and handle it with utmost honesty, confidentiality and sincerity.
Attend client / vendor meetings (if required) to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the agreed projects with clients and the strategic partners.
Understand client / vendors / employees feedback and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary action.
Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments.
Give strategic suggestions to the Director for the betterment of organization.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
To ensure Performance Management of all employees are being done on timely basis and implement relevant policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree with more than 70% score from Tier I / II College / university. Or,
A Master's Degree Holder in Human Resources / Operations / General Management with more than 65% or MBA / PGDHRM with B+ Grade from Tier II college / university
Diploma in Office Administration or Executive Assistance.
Work Experience:
- A minimum working experience 2-3 years as an Executive Assistant.

100% implementation of Performance Management System
Once a month / bi-monthly one-one interactions with all employees.
All MOMs to be submitted within prescribed timelines
HODs to submit reports 48 hours before meeting
