RoleDescriptionThis is a fulltimeonsite role for a Sales Consultant at VMax Wellness. As an InsideSales Consultant you will be responsible for driving serviceprogram sales and providing expert nutritional advice and guidanceto customers assisting them in choosing the right nutrition plansand supplements to meet their fitness goals. You will also beresponsible for conducting sales calls following up with leads andmaintaining customer relationships. This role requires strongcommunication and customer serviceskills.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Prospecting clientsfor the premium plans of Vmax WellnessGroup
  • Handling new client acquisitions andconverting free users to Premiumusers.
  • Understand customer needs andrequirements
  • Understanding the sales processthrough Job Training
  • Negotiating with Users toarrive at the best deal for both the client andorganisation
  • Generate quality leads to expandour customer base
  • Meet or exceed sales goalsand contribute to monthovermonthgrowth
  • Position our company as a category andindustry leader
  • Improve our time spent winningand closing sales.
  • Understand customer needsand requirements and therefore be able to pitch the right plan forthe client.
  • Ability to prime leads and followup for further development and closure.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsor masters degree preferably from a Nutritionbackground
  • A Health and fitness enthusiast whohas knowledge in the health Wellness and Fitnessdomain
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience inInside salesTelesales preferably in the Health and WellnessIndustry.
  • Must have knowledge about Weight lossand workout progression.
  • Good English speakingalong with proficiency in any of the regional languages like TamilTelugu or Hindi
  • Excellent communicationlistening and convincing skills extremely enthusiastic motivatedand aggressive.
  • Strong negotiation skillsclosing skills and diligent followupskills.
