Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at VMax Wellness. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving service program sales and providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to customers. You will also be responsible for conducting sales calls, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect clients for premium plans of VMax Wellness Group.
  2. Handle new client acquisitions and convert free users to premium users.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements.
  4. Understand the sales process through job training.
  5. Negotiate with users to arrive at the best deal for both the client and organization.
  6. Generate quality leads to expand our customer base.
  7. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
  8. Position our company as a category and industry leader.
  9. Improve our time spent winning and closing sales.
  10. Understand customer needs and requirements and therefore be able to pitch the right plan for the client.
  11. Ability to prime leads and follow up for further development and closure.
  12. Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.
  13. Be a team player and build good relationships with clients.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree preferably from a nutrition background.
  2. A health and fitness enthusiast with knowledge in the health, wellness, and fitness domain.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales/telesales preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  4. Must have knowledge about weight loss and workout progression.
  5. Good English speaking along with proficiency in any of the regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi.
  6. Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated, and aggressive.
  7. Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, and diligent follow-up skills.
